Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling our customer service representative. Depending upon the shipment status we will be able to cancel your order. A full refund will promptly be made to your credit card.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
In most cases we do accept the returns of the product if the product is in unused condition. We will refund you the amount less the 30% restocking fee. If there is any fault in the product, we will exchange the product for no additional cost. Customer pays for return shipping.
